The project involved a 7,000 sq ft retail fit-out on the ground floor of the Chatham & King retail development, just off Grafton Street in Dublin city centre. The scope of work included mechanical and electrical installations, painting, and decorating, as well as the complete interior setup for the jeweller’s new store.

This fit-out introduced brand-specific watch boutiques—a first for the Irish market—featuring luxury brands like Cartier, Breitling, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Panerai, Hublot, Tudor, and TAG Heuer. This format elevated the customer experience, setting a new standard for premium watch retail in Ireland.
