Ashview Consultants was founded in 2006 by Paul O’Shea. Like many business stories, it started small. What began as a consultancy built from hard work, experience and a clear focus has grown steadily into a business risk management practice working across Ireland, UK and Europe. The journey has not been built overnight. It has taken commitment, resilience and a lot of belief from the people involved.

Over the past 20 years, Ashview Consultants has grown through different stages of the industry. There have been busy times, difficult times, changing markets, new client needs, new systems, new technologies and bigger expectations around health, safety and risk management. Through all of that, the focus has stayed the same: doing the work to the highest possible standard, supporting clients, protecting people and business, and building strong relationships.

Today, Ashview Consultants has a team of professionals working across Dublin, Newry and London, supporting clients in a wide range of sectors. The company has continued to grow, but the people side of the business has always remained at the centre of it.

That was one of the strongest parts of the evening. It was not just a celebration of years in business. It was a celebration of the people, projects, challenges, lessons and relationships that shaped those years. It was also a chance to recognise Paul’s journey and the vision behind Ashview Consultants. From the early days of starting the business to seeing it grow into the company it is today, the 20-year mark is a proud moment.
