Ashview Consultants recognised as Leaders in Employee Safety and Wellbeing

We’re delighted to announce that Ashview Consultants has been awarded Leaders in Employee Safety and Wellbeing by the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM) in London.

The IIRSM Awards celebrate those who contribute to protecting people, reputations, and profits. They recognise businesses, teams, and individuals who champion better risk management to enhance organisational and employee wellbeing. This is Ashview Consultants’ second award in the Health and Wellbeing category this year, and it’s a true testament to something we’ve always believed: when people feel safe, supported, and valued, they thrive – and so does the business.

Receiving this recognition from such a respected industry body is an honour. It reflects the work we’ve done not just to implement policies, but to foster a genuine culture around care and wellbeing across the business.
