Ashview Consultants Wins IIRSM Leaders in Employee Safety and Wellbeing Award for Second Year in a Row

Ashview Consultants has received the Leaders in Employee Safety and Wellbeing award at the IIRSM Risk Excellence Awards in London.

This is the second year in a row that Ashview Consultants has received this international recognition from IIRSM.

It highlights the importance of creating working environments where safety is not treated as a separate task, but as part of how people are supported, how decisions are made, and how teams work together.

For Ashview Consultants, the recognition reflects the work carried out across the business by the wider team and the Wellbeing Committee. Their ongoing commitment has helped shape a practical approach to safety and wellbeing, with a focus on awareness, communication, support and continuous improvement.
