International Women’s Day at Ashview Consultants
This year, we marked the day with a simple but meaningful sessions – looking at the history of International Women’s Day, sharing team reflections on what “working side by side” really means in practice, and opening up the conversation on where we go from here. Our CEO, Paul O’Shea, also shared his perspective on the importance of continuing to build a culture where people feel supported, respected and able to contribute.
International Women’s Day is a good reminder that strong organisations are built through shared responsibility and partnership, never by one voice alone. Real progress happens when women and men work side by side – challenging thinking, supporting one another, and creating an environment where respect and opportunity are actively maintained. At Ashview, that’s something we continue to build every day through how we work together as a team.
We’d like to thank all the women across Ashview Consultants for the contribution they make to our business, and the men who actively support and champion that in practice.
A big thank you to our Wellbeing Committee for organising the event and the thoughtful gifts – a great session overall, with plenty of honest conversation and insight.
